Culture Republic is Scotland’s audience development agency for cultural and commercial events and venues. Following a merging of east and west offices to create one national agency, we were asked to work on their communication material on and offline to create a strong narrative for the new organisation to reinvigorate, articulate and clarify their work.
The focus was on the creation of an event strategy that mirrored their both aims and client needs, the development of the brand language and identity, with interior, print and online application. Working in parallel with the advent of a new company CRM system, we worked closely with the team through business planning to ensure the chosen tools were efficient and would work effectively for the organisation, the comms output developments were all closely scheduled and that the messages going out were carefully directed to existing and new client users.
