Direct Distribution specialise in the distribution of marketing literature and other associated services, supporting the Arts and Leisure sectors in the promotion of their venues and events across the whole of Scotland. Kelly and Company were invited to conduct and initial business assessment and review, resulting in a strategy and recommendations for improvement and development across all areas of the business.

    To date activities have included :

  • the facilitation of a company away day
  • consultation with senior managers to wards the restructure and re-organisation of resource
  • management of the recruitment process for new posts
  • Development of a Sales strategy for attracting new business from new sectors and for exploiting growth from existing clients

Ongoing progress is focussed on the management of a re-branding process including the creation of design brief and pitch management process, the design and development of a new suite of marketing and communication tools, and a website and communications strategy.
