Strategic brand creation, marketing and continuing development

Taking a business decision to convert a bar with a challenging location and previously unsound reputation is not an easy call. We researched the competition in Dundee to establish a new outlet’s potential and the direction of the core offer and usp/theme. We then established the new name, brand and marketing and implemented all off and online communication for launch and beyond as well as working alongside the interior and build team for effective external and indoor physical brand presence.

Kelly&Company helped devise the staff team roles to provide an effective structure for robust management. The client works ongoing with us developing promotions, product and customer expansion.
