Kelly & Company undertook all festival marketing from strategic positioning to full event rebrand and visual on and offline campaign to target a wide range of audiences. New CMS driven website and segmented email system, printed guides, national outdoor and advertising campaign were incorporated. Close working with festival stakeholders including Glasgow City Council and Glasgow City Marketing Bureau, fulfilled the funders’ needs as well as the event’s. The communications project resulted in a significant audience increase each festival – up 33% and then a further 40%, exceeding target numbers locally, nationally and internationally.
