Kelly & Company were invited for the third time to undertake the strategic marketing and implementation of the 2014 biannual festival, following the audience expansion achieved in 2010 and 2012. Our tactical planning reflected the Director and funders’ aims for growth and international reputation, leading to a complete on and offline communications strategy, development of the visual brand on all digital, print and signage and a refreshed GI message for this year’s event. The scale of the festival and its local, national and international visitor numbers continue to grow with each edition. The event returns in 2016.
