Another bar/restaurant conversion, this time in Central Edinburgh. We researched the competition nearby and projected likely target customer types to establish a new outlet’s potential in a crowded market. The direction of the core offer was created in line with the Director’s ambitions for their group’s outlet development, incorporating a usp of connoisseur and craft draft beer selection and gourmet home-made burgers. We then established the new name, brand and marketing and implemented all off and online communication for launch and beyond as well as working alongside the interior and build team for effective external and indoor physical brand presence.
Kelly&Company helped devise the staff team roles to provide an effective structure for robust management. The client works ongoing with us developing promotions, product and customer expansion.
