Focus group selection, format and facilitation, summary report

The University’s new image portal aims to provide the academic world with their own bespoke online picture, sound and video ‘bank’ to contribute to study reports, teaching resources and phd projects. Targeting three groups – under and post graduate as well as lecturers and staff – we designed and hosted focus groups for carefully selected attendees to give a comprehensive mix of views. Their feedback on look/feel, brand, functionality and appeal of the test site pages enabled a responsive ongoing development with both users and competitor advantage in mind.
